My name is Titus Bartos (‘Tee-toos‘ – the ‘u’ sounds like ‘through’). I was born and raised in Romania, and at the age of 19, I came to the US. That was at the beginning of the last decade.

I am married to Laura, and have three four children – Sonia, Eva, David, and Ezra. We live in Murfreesboro TN, where I own a photography studio – Made in Murfreesboro. Although I shoot pretty much everything ranging from portraits, to weddings, to commercial work, to landscapes, etc., my main focus at Made in Murfreesboro is teaching photography classes, lessons, and workshops.

From September of 2007 through June of 2010 I published a photoblog entitled “The Obvious“, which, ironically, only got a lot of attention after I had stopped posting (this photo won the photo of the year award in the 2010 Photoblog Awards).

The purpose of this website is to keep my personal projects, thoughts, and ideas, alive. Although I am a full time photographer now, I studied and performed classical piano for over 20 years, therefore some of my posts will inevitably be linked to music and piano.
